Your order will be sent with either Australia Post or TNT, depending upon your location.
All orders will be sent with a tracking number.
Delivery Time
Please allow up to 3-4 working days to receive your order. Most orders will be shipped the same day or next day. For those in regional areas it may take an additional day.

Returns Policy
Breathalysers
All breathalysers come with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. This is a limited warranty and does not cover calibration, it covers only manufacturing faults. All breathalysers are calibrated prior to dispatch from our premises. Any items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced and returned to you within 3-4 working days. If it is found that the item simply requires calibration the usual recalibration fee will apply.
Drug Testing Equipment
All drug testing equipment is stringently quality controlled to ensure it works first time, every time for our customers. If you believe a batch you have received is faulty please call us on 1300 667 107. Our consultants will guide you on the correct usage and if necessary arrange replacement stock for you.
